אשהזהירנו שלא לבנות עיר הנדחת. והוא אמרו יתעלה תל עולם לא תבנה עוד. וכל מי שיבנה בה דבר חייב מלקות ר"ל בשיושיב אותה מדינה כאשר היתה. וכבר התבארו דיני מצוה זו בעשירי מסנהדרין. (ראה אנכי, שם פ"ד):
