אהזהיר מלקבץ פירות האילנות בשנת היובל כמו שנקבץ בשאר השנים. והוא אמרו לא תבצרו את נזיריה כמו שבארנו בשנה שביעית. ובספרא גם כן אמרו לא תקצרו לא תבצרו כמו שנאמרו בשביעית כך נאמרו ביובל. ר"ל כי הדין בשני אלו הלאוין אחד, ומשפטי מצות שמיטה ויובל אינן נוהגין אלא בא"י. (שם, שם):
