אהזהיר מוציא שם רע שלא לגרש את אשתו והוא אמרו לא יוכל לשלחה כל ימיו, וזה הלאו גם כן קדמו עשה, והוא אמרו ולו תהיה לאשה. ודינו בגרושין לענין המלקות כדין האונס כמו שהתבאר בסוף מכות ובשלישי וברביעי מכתובות. (שם, שם):
