Negative Commandments, Mitzvah 260
אשהזהירנו מהניח העכו"ם השוכן בארצנו להעביד עבד עברי שמכר עצמו בעבודת פרך. והוא אמרו יתעלה לא ירדנו בפרך לעיניך ולא נאמר אחר שזה העבד עברי עבר על נפשו ומכר את עצמו לעכו"ם נעזבהו וימצא מה שימצא ויעשה לו מה שיעשה אבל נצוה על העכו"ם הזה ונמנעהו מהעביד בו עבודת פרך. (בהר, הלכות עבדים פ"א):
