אהזהירנו מהונות קצתנו את קצתנו בסחורה ובמקח ובממכר. והוא אמרו וכי תמכרו ממכר וגו' אל תונו איש את אחיו. ובספרא אמרו באונאת ממון הכתוב מדבר. וכבר התבארו משפטי מצוה זו ברביעי ממציעא. (בהר, הלכות מכירה פי"א):
