אבל אם נמלחה מצד אחד מליחה גמורה ושהתה שיעור מליחה, דקיי"ל להתיר בהפסד מרובה אם נתבשלה אפילו אם אין ששים נגדה וכדלעיל ס"ד בהגה"ה, ואם כן אם יש ששים מותר אפילו אם אין הפסד מרובה (ט"ז1):

(עג) כנגדו.

ואותה חתיכה אסורה אם לא במקום הפסד מרובה (ש"ך2).
