(כד) מבלי מלח.

כדי להפליטו מידי דמו היטב. מיהו בדיעבד מותר אפילו אין המלח מכסהו בכל מקום, ואין צריך לחזור ולמלוח אפילו לא נתבשל עדיין (איסור והיתר הארוך1). וכן נוהגין העולם שאין מדקדקין בכך (ש"ך2):
