שלא יחשב כרותח1 ובטל ברוב בעלמא. ואפילו בספק רוב, כיון דתלי טעמא ברתיחתו הדבר התפל המעורב בו מבטל בקל כח רתיחתו (איסור והיתר הארוך2). אבל אם בודאי אין בהם רוב נגד הציר אינו מבטל כח הציר ועודנו חשוב רותח3 (ש"כ סוס"י ע'4, מנחת יעקב5):
