מותר להשען באילן בריא, אבל בתש אסור, מפני שמנידו והרי זה משתמש באילן.

כתב במ"מ וציונים וז"ל: מפני שמנידו – עיין מחצה"ש ופמ"ג א"א שם שהבינו שהחילוק בין אדם אם בריא או חלש, ועיין באו"ז סי' שס"ו, ועיין לעיל ס"א במוסגר, וצ"ע, עכ"ל. ועיין בתהלה לדוד כאן סקי"א שהניח פירוש רבנו בצ"ע.
