ולשאלתו איפה להמשיך לימודו בעתיד הקרוב, מבין האפשרויות שיש לו, הנה צריך לבחור במוסד אשר בו תהי' האפשריות ללמוד תורתנו תורת חיים לכל היותר, היינו המאַקסימום.
מובן שאם יכול להיות באופן שיחזק לימוד התורה במדינתו עתה, יש לזה קדימה משאר אופני הסתדרות.
