(לסי' יג). גרושה שגמלה בנה ע"פ פקודת הרופא. וגם בתחלה לא הניקתו רק לאחר שנה, אם יכולה להנשא. בגרושה יש מחלוקת. וכיון שלא הניקתו מתחלה ועד סוף אין לה דין מכירה, וגם מטעם זה אינה משועבדת לבעלה להקראות מניקת חבירו. א"כ לאחר ט"ו חודש יש לצרף סברת ר' יהודה ולהקל בשעה"ד.
