מיהו י"ל אף לדברי האשה והח"ק. אין להחזיק העדים למשקרים כי רק י"ל דטעו בין שורה עליונה לתחתונה כמו בין דיוטא עליונה לתחתונה. ואין לחוש שמא היה הטעות בהטב"ע דזה רחוק מאד מכמה טעמים המבוארים בפנים. מה גם שאומרים שבהטב"ע הכירוהו עוד כמה אנשים ועדיף מתשו' הרא"ש כלל מ"ה סי' כ"ה:
