(ב) מחמת ספק אשתהי ג"כ יש להקל בנד"ז שניכר דלא אשתהי ואת"ל להחמיר יש עוד צדדי' להקל מצד צירוף כמה סי"ב בגופו וכליו לטב"ע הנ"ל:
