בפ"ט דב"ב (דקמ"ח ע"ב) אם כמחלק כו' משמע בהג"א דאפי' שהה בין זל"ז יותר מתכ"ד הדין כן. ובמ"מ ובנמוק"י ובטור לא משמע כן וכ"ד המל"מ כנ"ל. דדוקא כשלא הפסיק ביניהם כלל נק' אם כמחלק. וכשמפסיק ביניהם חשוב נמלך. ולפ"ד התוספות דב"ק (דע"ג ע"ב) נ' כשלא שהה רק כדי תכ"ד חשוב כמחלק וכשהפסיק יותר מתכ"ד חשוב כנמלך:
