אהיא שצוה להרוג אנשי עיר הנדחת כלה ולשרוף את העיר עם כל מה שבה וזהו דין עיר הנדחת. והוא אמרו יתעלה ושרפת באש את העיר ואת כל שללה כליל. וכבר התבאר משפטי מצוה זו בסנהדרין. (ראה, שם פ"ד):
