אהיא שצונו שיקריבו בית דין קרבן אם טעו בהוראה, וזהו אמרו יתעלה ואם כל עדת ישראל ישגו וגו'. וכבר נתבארו משפטי מצוה זו במסכת הוריות ובזבחים. (ויקרא אל משה, הלכות שגגות פ"ב):
