אהיא שצונו בדין נושא שכר ושוכר שדין שניהם אחד כמו שבארו ואמרו (שבועות מ"ט:) שלשה דינין לארבעה שומרים. והוא אמרו יתעלה כי יתן איש אל רעהו וגו'. וכבר התבארו משפטי מצוה זו כלם בפ"ו וח' מקמא ובפ"ג וח' ממציעא וח' משבועות. (ואלה המשפטים, הלכות שאלה ופקדון בחמשה פרקים):
