אהיא שהורנו בדיני נחלות. והוא אמרו יתעלה איש כי ימות ובן אין לו, ומכלל דין זה בלא ספק היות הבכור יורש פי שנים שזה משפט ממשפטי הירושות. וכבר התבארו משפטי מצוה זו בח' וט' מבתרא. (פינחס, בי"א פרקים בנחלות):
