אהיא שצונו שנפדה פטר חמור בשה לבד, ולא יפדה בזולתו, וינתן אותו השה לכהן, והוא אמרו יתברך ופטר חמור תפדה בשה. וכבר התבארו משפטי מצוה זו במסכת בכורות, והיא גם כן אין הלוים חייבין בה. (כי תשא, הלכות בכורים פי"ב):
