נדפסה ב"צדי"ק למלך" חוברת ז ע' 355, מצילום כתי"ק, על גליון מכתב השואל מעש"ק קדושים [כה ניסן] תשכ"ז, שבו כותב: היות ובתי..תגיע למצוות בעז"ה בעש"ק ח' סיון הבעל"ט, אבקש בזה הסכמת כקא"ש בנוגע לנסיעה עתה לכקא"ש.
