לכתבו ע"ד העקתה לאהקת"ו - כבר מלתי אמורה ומפורסמת (מיוסדת על פס"ד גדולי ישראל) שכל מי שביכולתו לפעול בצ"צ ביר"ש ובפרט בשטח החינוך עטה"ק ועוזב "עניי עירו" ומדינתו (אפילו בשביל ענין כהנ"ל) - ה"ז עריק ונוטש את המערכה, מערכה במלחמת הטמיעה ר"ל ממש, היינו פקו"נ. ובפקו"נ הרי אפילו בספק וס"ס מחללין את היוהכ"פ והש"ק וכו' ועאכו"כ כשקרוב לודאי (על יסוד הנסיון בעבר) שיציל. וק"ל.
