לשאלתו בלקו"ת ס"פ קדושים לחקוק במוח הזכרון ה' חומשי תורת משה כו' - והרי דברים שבכתב א"א רשאי לאומרם בע"פ האיסור הוא לאומרם כו' אבל פשיטא שצ"ל השתדלות ביגיעה שד"ת יהיו חקוקים בזכרונו הן תושב"כ הן תושבע"פ. והיא מל"ת מה"ת (ראה הל' ת"ת לאדה"ז פ"ב ס["]ג-ד).
דברים שבכתב א"א רשאי לאומרם בע"פ: גיטין ס, ב. וש"נ. טושו"ע ושו"ע אדה"ז או"ח סמ"ט.
