(ב) ובפחות מהמקח גם בכה"ג לא הוי רק א"ר אבל במפרש הוי ר"ק:

(ג) וכן אית' בשט"מ ומת' מהר"ם יש להסתפק שמא אפילו בסתמא הוי ר"ק:
