שו"ב שנמצא אחריו סרכא רק שעברה ע"י מיעוך ומשמוש. והוא מתרץ א"ע לפי כשקרע הטרפש ראה סרכא אחת והחליט להוציא הריאה ואגב טרדתו במיעוך סרכא הנ"ל לא עלה בדעתו לבדוק אולי יש עוד סרכות. והשאלה אם יש להתירו מיד לשחוט עופות כי הוא אביון וטפלי תלי' בי'. ומסיק להיתר:
