(ב) והרא"ש מסתפק בדעת רש"י דאם הוא כלי שמכניסין בו לקיום אפשר דנאסר מיד:

(ג) ומסתפק בדע' הר"ן:

(ד) בנודות יש ב' דעות י"א דחשיב מכניסו לקיום וי"א דל"ח מכניסו לקיום ולדבריהם צ"ל דנתן בו יין בלא הדחה ולפ"ז נאסר מיד:

(ה) וי"ל דמיירי בהודח רק שכלי בלוע מיין ושהה כעת קצת:

(ו) עוד. בענין המבואר בס"ד:
