(לסי' א). שלשה שו"ב בעיר וקיבלו הקהל שכל אשר ישחוט זולתם יהי' אסור, ושו"ב א' שחט נגד הקבלה, וגם הוא קיבל ע"ע באו"ש חמורה בכתב ע"ד רבים. מצד השבועה יש להתיר אבל לא מצד קבלת הקהל. ובאם א' מהג' עזב השו"ב ודעתו להשתקע בעיר אחרת יש מקום עיון אם התקנה חלה דוקא כשיש ג' שו"ב בעיר.
