אעיין תוס' דף צ"ד סוף ע"ב. ולהסמ"ע צע"ג. אלא ודאי דכוונת הטור הפתוחות, רוצה לומר הנפתחות עתה, שהוא פותחן לחנוני שמכרן לו כבר. וכ"מ ברא"ש ע"ש. וכ"מ מלשון הטור שאינו פותחן בשבילו כו' אדעתיה שמכרן כו', ולא שפתחן. וכן הוא בהדיא ברא"ש. וכן ברמזים ע"ש:
בעי' תוס' דף צ"ד ע"ב ודו"ק. אבל מה שכתב הסמ"ע צריך עיון, דבהדיא קתני בסיפא דבשביל כבודו מותר. ולחלק בין כבוד שבסמ"ע סק"ח לכבוד שבברייתא, ובכבוד שבסמ"ע בין מלא לריקן, הוא דוחק גדול, וצריך עיון:
