אשל קנים כו'. כן דעת הרי"ף ורמב"ם ור"ן ומגיד משנה, והמה הרבים נגד הרא"ש וטור. וכן דעת השו"ע שהביא סברא הראשונה בסתם וסברא הב' בלשון יש אומרים. ואף שרש"י הוא מכריע ביניהם, מכל מקום הכרעה שלישית היא לפי דעת התוספות דף מ' ובסוף פרק קמא דפסחים, ועוד שלא הוזכרה סברא זו בש"ע כלל:
