משום שהחתיכה שהאיסור דבוק בה ממהרת לבלוע, וגם חיישינן שמא היתה החתיכה לבד בתוך הרוטב או חוץ לרוטב1, וכדלעיל סי' ע"ב2 גבי לב. וכתב המנחת3 יעקב דאם יש חתיכת כבד דבוק בעוף שאינו גדול מלב של אותו עוף, דודאי יש ששים בעוף כנגדו, דהא אין לך עוף שלא יהא בו ס' נגד לבו4 עכ"ל:
