אבל על ידי קריעת הסמפונות שתי וערב אחר צלייה אין לבשלה (מהרי"ל1, מנחת יעקב2):

(ט) קודם הבישול.

מפני המלח הנדבק בו3, ויש גם כן למיחש משום מראית העין שיתאדם הבשר (ב"י4, ש"ך5). וצריך הדחה ג' פעמים כדין בשר שנצלה בלא מליחה, או שנמלח ולא שהה שיעור מליחה קודם צלייה, וכמ"ש לקמן סי' ע"ו ס"ב (מנחת יעקב6):
