ומהנכון בכגון דא שתהי' בחודש הרחמים — אלול התייעצות (קונסיליום) של שני רופאים מומחים אשר ביקר אצלם וראוהו, ויסביר להם טעמו ונמוקו, ואחרי כן יעשה כהוראתם, והרי התורה נתנה רשות לרופא לרפאות. . .
