יו"ד כסלו תרס"ג הי' התוועדות אצל אמי זקנתיב, ולא הרשו להבחורים מה"זאַל" להיכנס לההתוועדות. כמה עלטערע בחורים (בערל לאַדיער ועוד) עמדו מאחורי הדלת ושמעו וואָרט — כי יוסף מרדכיג האָט זיי ניט באַמערקט. בכלל — ההתוועדויות של יו"ד כסלו היו קצרותד, ואמר אז כ"ק אאמו"ר: שוין צייט אַרויסגיין פון חדר, אַז מ'איז אין חדר איז מען אַ בולע, אַז מ'גייט אַרויס דאַרף מען מגלה זיין דעם טוב און מכחד זיין דעם רע, מאַכן עם פאַר אַ טוב תקיף.
