(סד) שיעור לדבר.

דאפילו בפחות משיעור כבישה יש לו דין מליח כרותח, והילכך לדידן דמשערינן כל מליחה בס'1 כדלעיל2 נאסר מיד3, אם אין ששים במה שבתוך הציר נגד הציר. ומה שחוץ לציר אינו מצטרף. ומכל מקום אם הוא בשר שלא שהה שיעור מליחה חוזר ויוצא על ידי מליחה אם לא שהה בציר שיעור כבישה כדלעיל4 (ב"ח5, ש"ך6):
