פירוש למאי דקיי"ל1 לשער מליחה בס', הכא אין צריך ס'. ומכל מקום קליפה מיהא בעי, וכמ"ש ס"ג. ומשום הכי השמיט השו"ע, דלדידי' כל מליחה אינו אוסר אלא כ"ק2 (ש"ך3). וכתב מהרש"ל4 דוקא כשידוע בבירור שלא נשרקו הדגים מלמעלה, אבל אם אין ידוע אסור, דסתם מליחה דרך להתהפך עליון לתחתון5 עכ"ל:
