מאשר הנני קבלת מכ' ובו בקשת ברכה פ"נ מיום ד' תשרי, ובעת רצון יקרא על ציון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע.
וכיון שלפעמים העכוב בברכת ה' לזרעא חייא וקימא בא מחסרון דיוק וזהירות בקיום חוקי ודיני טהרת המשפחה (נדה, הפסק טהרה, טבילה במקוה כשרה וכו') וכיון שחסרון ידיעה מביא לחסרון בקיום עליהם לברר אצל רב מורה הוראה כל הפרטים בזה ועל מנת לשמור עליהם מכאן ולהבא ככל הדרוש.
