והנני בזה להביע ברכתי, לו ולכל אשר לו, ועל ידו לכל אנשי צה"ל אשר תחת פיקודו, שיחיו, ברכת כתיבה וחתימה טובה לשנה טובה ומתוקה בגשמיות וברוחניות,
ובמיוחד שיצליחו ה', הנותן בים דרך, בתפקידו הכי אחראי, ובקרוב ממש נזכה לקיום היעוד וירד מים עד ים גו' לפניו יכרעו ציים וגו' ה' עוז לעמו יתן ה' יברך את עמו בשלום.
