מת המוטל לקברו אם הוא יום טוב ראשון לא יתעסק בו ישראל (שוע"ר תקכו, א), אבל מותר לקברו על ידי נכרירא, אפילו מת בו ביום שאפשר להשהותו עד הערב ולא יסריח כללרב אעפ"כ אסור להשהותו עד הערברג כדי שיתעסקו בו ישראל אלא מקברין אותו מיד על ידי נכרירד (שוע"ר תקכו, ב).
