מהדרים לאגוד הלולב בסוכה ובערב יו"ט. על הלולב שתי כריכות - ומשתדלים ששתיהם תהיינה מכוסות בההדסים וערבות, גם כריכה העליונה במעט על כל פנים - ומלבד זה שלש כריכות שבהם אוגד ההדסים והערבות עם הלולב, שלש אלו במשך טפח אחד.
