ואודות איסור השוחטים שאסרו הקהל שחיטתן אין מקום לחוש אלא כשאסרו למגדר מלתא דאיסורא לעשות סייג לתורה כמ"ש הרא"ש בתשובה הובאה בפרי חדש סי' א' (ס"ק ל"ח) אבל לא בשביל דבר שבממון אבל איני יודע למה אין חשש מפני המחלוקת ח"ו:
