  • ע"ד הכינוס דאומות העולם הנערך בימים אלו בה"יונייטעד ניישענס" בקשר להמצב בארץ הקודש, דצריך לידע שאין להתפעל מהם כלל וכלל, וכמ"ש בתהלים: שאם "רגשו גויים ולאומים" הרי "יושב בשמים ישחק, ה' ילעג למו", אך מכיון שהקב"ה חפץ במעשה בני ישראל, ע"כ יש לארגן - כנגד כינוס אומות העולם - כינוסים של בני ישראל בכל מקום בארץ ישראל ובחוץ לארץ ובפרט ליד הכותל המערבי; אודות שגריר ישראל בה"יונייטעד ניישענס" שאין לו מה להתפעל מהגויים - ושלא יופיע לדיונים שמתקיימים בשבתות ויומים טובים.
