- עבודת ראש השנה הוא לקשר שינוי בתכלית (זמן) עם שלילת השינוי (שרש המלכות - למעלה מהזמן) והוא ע"י נשמות ישראל דוקא, וע"י השופר. (ס"א)
- ענין הנ"ל (זמן ולמעלה מהזמן) בהשגת התורה, אבל היסוד לתורה הו"ע הקבלת עול; בלימוד התורה בהכנה ובהשגה צ"ל מורגש היסוד - קבלת עול. (ס"ב)
- הנ"ל צ"ל אצל המשפיעים שעי"ז יהי' טופח על מנת להטפיח. (ס"ג)
